Steve Sundberg, President & CEO
Steve joined TSE in 2003 and has over 30 years of sales and sales management experience in the electronic interconnect industry. In 2006 Steve became our Executive Vice President adding Engineering, Technology and Organizational Development to his Sales & Marketing responsibilities. In October of 2009 he was named President & CEO of TSE. Steve has been instrumental in aligning our business development strategies with our internal organizational design and business processes.

Gary Melton, Chief Financial Officer
Gary joined TSE in 2006 with over 20 years of financial management experience in the medical manufacturing environment. Gary leads our Finance and IT teams and helps shape the strategic direction of TSE as a member of the Executive Team. Gary's background in international operations and tax policies has been invaluable to TSE in the expansion of our global business operations.

Mark Semkoff, Vice President of Operations
Mark joined TSE in 1999 to assume leadership of our US manufacturing operations. He was promoted to his current role in 2006 and now oversees all facets of our global operations including domestic and international manufacturing as well as our sourcing and materials management activities. Prior to joining TSE, Mark held various manufacturing and engineering management positions in the electrical wire harness industry. His industry experience and his education as an Industrial Engineer makes him uniquely qualified to assure TSE maintains its growth trajectory for years to come.

Mike Checketts, Vice President of Technology
Mike joined TSE in 2002 as our Director of Engineering, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in Medical Device manufacturing and development. In 2006 he was promoted to Vice President of Technology and asked to focus on researching and applying new technologies to our products and processes. In 2008 Mike added oversight for our Quality and Regulatory activities to his role in new technologies.

Larry Gillard, Director of Sales & Marketing
Larry joined TSE in 2006 to manage business development in the western US. Since that time he has moved quickly in TSE, becoming our National Sales Manager in 2007 and Director of Sales & Marketing in 2009. Larry has over 25 years of experience in the electronic wire and cable and interconnects industry. He has been a key player in the development of our sales organization, and has infused TSE with a "we can do it" mindset.

Kirk Mikkelsen, Director of Engineering
Kirk joined TSE in 2007 and has been in his current role since October of 2009. He has over 25 years of engineering experience covering many aspects of the discipline including Manufacturing, Research & Development as well as strong project management skills. Kirk's recent work experience leading a global product development team has been very beneficial in positioning TSE to serve our large, multi-national OEM customers. His expertise in polymers and plastics makes him a trusted resource for employees and customers when determining the best choice for insulations and molding materials.
